In light of the ecological challenge, the GoodPlanet Foundation has been committed to promoting more sustainable food and agriculture that is more respectful of nature and humans since 2015, with the launch of its programme ‘The solution on a platter!’. Each classroom at the GoodPlanet School contains educational materials to raise awareness of the major issues surrounding the food and agriculture of today and tomorrow: consumption habits, agricultural methods, animal proteins, energy consumption, food waste and nutrition.

A convivial, generous and responsible cooking experience

To take the initiative one step further, we now run cooking workshops for all. Experience convivial, generous and responsible cooking in the fully equipped 70 m² kitchen. The workshops are designed in coordination with the park’s natural spaces, and include:

  • Vegetable-based cooking
  • Local and seasonal cuisine
  • Discovery, use and processing of wild plants
  • World cuisine
  • Zero-waste cooking
  • An introduction to natural oenology
  • Making organic bread
